These annotations were reviewed by the i5k Workspace@NAL and lifted over to assembly Otau_2.0 (GCF_000648695.1) via LiftOff (https://github.com/agshumate/Liftoff). Overlaps with RefSeq annotations were computed using gff3_merge (https://github.com/NAL-i5K/GFF3toolkit). Fasta sequences were generated using gff3_to_fasta (https//github.com/NAL-i5K/GFF3toolkit).
