JBrowse/Apollo for training

 
Listed below are the i5k Workspace 'Training' Apollo instances. These can be used by anyone to practice using Apollo. The login credentials are username: demo, password: demo. Annotations generated in these Apollo applications will not be saved, and can be viewed by anyone logged on to Apollo. We do not guarantee maintaining any of these training instances for the longer term.
Click on a link to open a genome browser for a genome project, and to access Web Apollo. Browsing does not require a Web Apollo account. To log in to Web Apollo from the genome browser, click on the 'login' button at the top right of the screen. The login credentials are username: demo, password: demo. These instances can also be accessed via the 'Training' BLAST site.
